eresto is made by Restrosoft Solutions Pvt. Ltd., based in Ahmedabad. We build alongside restaurant owners — listening, learning, and shipping software that solves the real problems on the floor.
The story
eresto began with three friends who love food — Chirag Karia, Kapil Gohel and Pankaj Bhimani — guided by mentor and advisor Ronak Tanwani. Between them they'd spent years in and around hotels and restaurants, two of them running hospitality businesses of their own, so they knew the trade from the inside: the rush, the mess, and the small things that quietly cost an owner money.
In 2022, as the industry found its feet after COVID, they started with a simple idea — a digital menu guests could open by scanning a QR code. No reprints, no sticky laminated cards, just a clean menu a restaurant could update in seconds.
It worked. And it led to the next problem worth solving: the crowd at the door. So they built a mobile queue manager to take the chaos out of the entrance. One honest solution kept leading to the next — billing, captain ordering, the kitchen display, the back-office — until the pieces became a single platform.
Today that platform is eresto One: everything a restaurant needs to run the floor, from one place. But it's still built the way it began — starting from a real problem at a real counter, and solving it properly.
What we believe
1. Software should work when the lights go out.
Indian infrastructure is unreliable, and that's a fact. Our apps — especially eresto Edge — are built to keep running through power cuts, network drops and ISP outages, then sync when you're back. Resilience is not a premium feature.
2. Pricing should be a sentence, not a spreadsheet.
You shouldn't need a calculator and three sales calls to understand what you'll pay. Every price is on our website — no "talk to sales" to get started, and no commission games.
3. Restaurants run on relationships.
Software is a tool; the people using it matter more. We keep our support small, fast and human — and we'll help you in the language you prefer.
4. Focus beats feature lists.
We could build a thousand features. We won't. Each part of eresto does one job well — digiMenu is your menu, eresto Queue is your waitlist, and eresto One ties the whole floor together. No feature creep, no kitchen-sink dashboards.
